Tony Chen is already mapping and researching industry chain resources and talents. Sources told that in the past two weeks, Mr. Chen met with Zhu Wei, President of Passenger Vehicle Business Unit (PVBU) of the battery maker Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), and the two sides chatted for several hours.
