Asian Tech Press (Oct 18) -- Chinese short video platform Kuaishou Technology (1024:Hong Kong) announced a strategic partnership with the NBA on Monday, according to media reports.

Kuaishou and NBA China held a conference on Monday in Beijing to announce a multi-year strategic partnership with immediate effect, according to the latest report from technology news media DoNews.

At the conference, the two sides announced that Kuaishou will become the first media partner of NBA China for its second creation of content, as well as the official NBA short video platform and NBA video content creation community.

Reportedly, the both parties will carry out a series of cooperation from commercialization of second-creation content, live streaming e-commerce and offline activities.
