Asian Tech Press (Nov 3) -- Bosch Group Chairman Stefan Hartung led a delegation to visit Seres Group (601127.SH), a Chinese electric vehicle startup, Shanghai Securities News reported on Friday.
The report said that Stefan Hartung, chairman of the board of management of Robert Bosch GmbH, Markus Heyn, member of the board of management and chairman of the Mobility Solutions business sector at Bosch, as well as Chen Yudong, president of Bosch China, and David Xu, executive vice president of Bosch China, and their followers visited Seres on Wednesday.
Zhang Xinghai, chairman and founder of Seres, said that the orders for AITO Wenjie's new M7, a luxury intelligent large-sized electric SUV, have recently increased dramatically.
Zhang said he hopes Seres and Bosch will continue to cooperate deeply, continuously improve product competitiveness and shorten product development cycles.
According to data released by Seres on Wednesday, it delivered 10,547 units of the new M7 in October, a record high.
The AITO Wenjie New M7 series, jointly created by Huawei and Seres, hit the market on Sept. 12 this year.
