Before the donation, the Yu Renrong Education Foundation held 7.2904 million shares, accounting for 0.60% of the company's total share capital; after the donation, the number of shares held was 6.6904 million shares, accounting for 0.55% of the company's total share capital. The Oriental Polytechnic Foundation holds 50 million shares, accounting for 4.11% of the company's total share capital; after the donation, the number of shares held was 50.6 million shares, accounting for 4.16% of the company's total share capital. The implementation of this share donation plan will not lead to changes in the company's control, and will not affect the company's governance structure, equity structure and continued operations.
