The three major U.S. stock indexes opened slightly lower, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.11%, the Nasdaq down 0.12%, and the S&P 500 down 0.03%. Novo Nordisk fell more than 6% after the company announced the termination of its cooperation with HIMS & HERS. AMD fell more than 4% after the company announced plans to issue $2 billion in convertible senior notes.
