Luxshare Precision announced that on July 10, 2025, the company paid the full transaction amount of 100% equity of Leoni K to Leoni AG through Singapore Huiju, and paid the full transaction amount of 50.1% equity of Leoni AG to L2-Beteiligungs through Singapore Luxshare, and the equity ownership change has been completed or the corresponding share transfer certificate has been received. The scope of this delivery is all the intended delivery targets after excluding the relevant Indian entities under the SPA agreement, and the relevant delivery work has been completed as agreed.
