Lenovo Group and Alat Ennet complete US$2 billion investment and reach strategic cooperation agreement

On the 8th, Lenovo Group Limited (HKEX: 992) and Alat Ennet, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF), announced that the two parties have completed a three-year $2 billion interest-free convertible bond investment and reached a strategic cooperation agreement previously announced in May 2024. The transaction has been approved by shareholders and all necessary regulatory approvals.
