Chinese scientists have successfully developed a smartphone-based strabismus measurement method. Users can simply use their smartphone to capture a video of their eyes, providing a new solution for independent screening, early diagnosis, and at-home follow-up of strabismus. The research findings were published online on the 23rd in the international academic journal, The New England Journal of Medicine: Artificial Intelligence.
