Tesla announced on May 16 that Jack Hartung will join the company's board of directors, effective June 1. Hartung most recently served as president and chief strategy officer of the restaurant chain Chipotle Mexican Grill, and previously served as the company's chief financial officer and administrative officer. Prior to joining Chipotle, Hartung worked at McDonald's for nearly 20 years.
